Le Gavroche comes to New York!

For three nights only, from the 16th to the 18th of September 2025, I’m honoured to bring a taste of Le Gavroche to New York.

I’m delighted to join forces with Chef Mitsunobu Nagae at l’abeille, for a unique collaboration that blends classical French technique with Japanese precision and elegance.

Together, we’ve created an 8-course tasting menu that revisits some beloved signatures and introduces fresh interpretations. Dishes will include Sardine Japonaise with tomato virgin sauce and fennel pollen, Pave of Turbot braised in red wine with smoked bacon and leeks, and a sumptuous Roast Pigeon Supreme with foie gras and spiced pear.

And yes, the iconic “twins,” Ursula and Silvia, are joining us in New York to bring a touch of that legendary Le Gavroche service to l’abeille. Even the famous cheese trolley is making the transatlantic journey, because no Le Gavroche experience would be complete without it!
